Pricing questions

How billing, credits, and seats actually work. Need a number for your own usage? Talk to us.

How does usage-based pricing work?
Every plan is a flat monthly fee that includes usage credit. Past that credit you pay only for what your agents do: a recall (a turn where Glen returns context) and a write (an observation captured and routed to a shard). Keeping what's already remembered is included. Set a spend cap and you never get a surprise.
Do unused credits roll over?
The monthly credit on your plan resets at the start of each billing period. Any extra credit you add as a top-up never expires, so a quiet month followed by a busy one evens out.
What happens when I run out of credit?
On Free, writes pause until the next month while recalls keep working on what's already stored. On Team and up, auto top-up keeps your agents running and respects the spend cap you set. Turn auto top-up off and Glen pauses instead of charging past your limit.
Where does my data live?
On Glen's managed cloud. Your memory lives in Postgres, encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest by the cloud provider. We don't offer self-hosting; Enterprise can add a data processing agreement and a security review for your procurement team.
How do seats work across an org?
Memory belongs to the org, not to a person, so every teammate reads and writes the same shared store. A plan's teammate count is how many people can connect their agents; the memory they build is held in common and a new hire's agent inherits it on day one.
Is there a plan for early-stage startups?
Yes. Qualifying early-stage teams get extra usage credit to get going. Request access, tell us your stage, and we'll set you up.
