Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Glen ("Glen", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our website at tryglen.com, our applications, APIs, the Glen MCP server, and related products and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Service.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to information we process when you use the Service. It does not apply to third-party products, services, or websites that we do not control, even if they link to or from the Service.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide. This includes account information such as your name, email address, and credentials; billing information when you purchase a paid plan (payment card details are handled by our payment processors, not stored by us); and the contents of your communications with us, including support requests.

Customer Content. When you or your agents use the Service, we receive and store the prompts, conversations, observations, and other data you submit to or store in Glen as Memory. You decide what Customer Content to send to the Service.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Service, we automatically collect usage, device, and log information, such as IP address, browser and device type, identifiers, pages and features accessed, referring pages, and timestamps. We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure, and analyze the Service.

Information from third parties. If you sign in or connect through a third-party provider (for example, an authentication or integration provider), we may receive information from that provider as permitted by your settings with them.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to: provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including storing and retrieving Memory and routing Customer Content to the providers that power the Service; authenticate users and secure accounts; process payments; communicate with you, including service and transactional messages; monitor, prevent, detect, and address abuse, fraud, security incidents, and technical issues; comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms; and analyze, develop, and improve the Service. We may create and use aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you or any individual for any lawful purpose.

We do not use your Customer Content to train our own AI models.

4. How We Share Information

Service providers and subprocessors. We share information with vendors who process it on our behalf to operate the Service, including third-party AI and large language model providers, cloud hosting and infrastructure, analytics, payment processing, and communications providers. To deliver core functionality, we transmit Customer Content to AI model and infrastructure providers so they can generate responses, assess relevance, and store and retrieve Memory.

Within your organization. The Service is designed to share Memory across the members and agents of your organization. Content stored under an organization may be accessible to other authorized members and agents of that organization.

Legal, safety, and rights. We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our Terms; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Glen, our users, or others.

Business transfers. If Glen is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

With your direction or consent. We may share information at your direction or with your consent.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Service, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly without them.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business and legal purposes, such as complying with our obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. We generally retain Customer Content until you or your organization delete it or close the account, after which it may persist for a limited period in routine backups. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information indefinitely. You may request deletion as described below.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential and for the security of data you choose to submit.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of it, to restrict or object to certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (note that we do not sell personal information). You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email us at founders@tryglen.com. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law. Our ability to act on a request is limited to data within our control; Customer Content already transmitted to third-party AI or infrastructure providers is subject to those providers' own retention practices and terms. Because much Customer Content is processed on behalf of an organization, we may direct certain requests to the relevant organization.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process personal information under legal bases including your consent, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you are a California resident, you may exercise the rights described above under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended.

9. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States and may process and store information in the United States and other countries, which may have data protection laws different from those in your country.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us at founders@tryglen.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may link to or rely on third-party products and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and their own privacy policies govern your use of them.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by posting the updated Policy with a new "Last updated" date or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.

13. Contact

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, contact us at founders@tryglen.com.
